I joined Royal Mail (or The Post Office as it was then) at the age of sixteen on 2 March 1981. I left Royal Mail on 18 August 2020. When I joined the Post Office in Sandbach, an ancient little Cheshire Market town, I never would have dreamt I would still be at Royal Mail nearly 40 years later. To be honest, I don’t think I believe it now. I think I must have fallen down a wormhole of some type or another as it can’t have been all that time ago surely?
I now have the pleasure of being in business with a great friend and business partner working with a portfolio of fabulous customers. The blogs below are my stories from the other side of life after Royal Mail.
These are my stories….
