We asked JLC to carry out a supplier market review for us. Rob and Jenny understood exactly what we were looking for and presented a thorough, professional and insightful piece of work which gave us the direction we needed to release significant financial benefits for us and our clients. We invited JLC to take a look at how we could drive down our costs and improve our margins. We didn’t have available budget so JLC gave us a great commercial offer that, rather than charge a set fee, they would take a share of any increased profit they found, for year one. If JLC found nothing, there would be no charge to our business and therefore there was no risk to us and indeed only upside, by inviting them to work with us. We were delighted with the work JLC did for us, which identified and delivered significant commercial benefits to our business. Updated Feb 2024 : As we hoped, JLC carried out a second piece of work for us, reviewing another business critical area of our business. Yet again, we were delighted with the work the team did for us, identifying significant commercial benefits for our business with their usual level of informed and knowledgeable expertise. With the same great commercial offer of JLC receiving a percentage of any savings identified, and no fee payable if no were benefits found, our business has seen a strong net return yet again, working with JLC.
